The STR Denver
This space is crafted for both comfort and practicality, providing a straightforward yet functional environment. Spread across two stories, the home includes four king bedrooms designed for a restful night’s sleep. Two spacious living rooms offer ample room for relaxation, and a well-equipped kitchen caters to your culinary needs. For those needing to work, a designated workspace is available. Enjoy a touch of recreation with a mini golf game on-site. With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people, including four king beds, an air mattress, and a pull-out couch, this space strikes an ideal balance between simplicity and convenience.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest access:
Guests are granted complete access to our two-story home and its extensive amenities. This includes four spacious king bedrooms, two large living rooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. For those needing to attend to work matters, a dedicated workspace is provided. Additionally, guests can enjoy recreational activities such as a mini golf game on the property. Feel at home with the freedom to explore and utilize every corner of this accommodating retreat.
Other things to note:
We are dog friendly! Bring along your furry companions as we happily welcome up to two dogs. Kindly inform us in advance if your delightful fur babies will be joining you, ensuring we can make the necessary arrangements for a paw-sitively enjoyable stay. Your pets are part of the family here!
